Alpha-linolenic acid is an essential fatty acid chain. Our body can not live without it and can not compose it from other fatty acids

Note: The seeds are pressed in a factory where black seed, chia seed and hemp seed oil is also pressed. As a result, the oil can theoretically contain traces of the aforementioned oils.
