Linseed oil Flaxseed oil is a vegetable oil that is extracted from the seeds of oil flax. Linseed oil includes the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid (alpha-linolenic acid). Alpha-linolenic acid is an essential fatty acid chain. Our body can not live without it and can not compose it from other fatty acids
