Our black seed oil is considered a fresh and natural food product. In order to guarantee its quality, purity, and safety, it is not possible to return this product once it has been shipped.

Black seed oil is sensitive to external factors such as temperature, light, and hygiene. As we cannot verify the conditions in which the product has been stored after delivery, we are unable – in the interest of food safety and product integrity – to restock or resell it. Therefore, all sales are final.

We advise you to contact us in advance if you have any questions or doubts, so we can properly inform you before placing an order.

Uncollected or Returned Packages
If a package is not collected from a pickup point, refused at the door, or returned due to an incorrect address, we are obliged to charge €5 in return costs. Once the package has been returned to us, the order will be (partially) canceled minus these costs.
